Matt Gall

Project Manager, Activation

The first thing you need to know about Matthew is that only about 10% of the people he knows actually call him anything that resembles Matthew. His grandfather started calling him “Bubba” as a baby and the nickname just stuck (despite his attempts to ditch it in High School for something a little more “adult”). Skeptics say he’s too small to be a “Bubba,” but get to know his big “kid-at-heart” personality, and no other name makes sense. With ten years in marketing experience the only thing that gives Bubba a thrill more than his Harley, is making sure all the moving parts of a marketing campaign align to drive results for clients.

Altitude Office: Los Angeles
Something that your co-workers do not know about you: I can ride a unicycle. I used to ride one to the bus in high school.
Projects/Clients you are especially proud of: My favorite campaign is the L.A. Condom Campaign. I’ve provided millions of condoms to Los Angeles on behalf of L.A. County Department of Public Health. My unofficial title is “The Condom King.” The name hasn’t really caught on yet but I think it will eventually…
Karaoke Song: “Bassment Party” by The Cool Kids.
Favorite Social Medium: Snapchat
Favorite Person at Work: Whoever has candy.
Favorite App: The Gif Keyboard App. A picture’s worth a thousand words. A gif is worth about 100,000 words.
Which words or phrases do you most overuse? Moving from the bay area to L.A., I get called out a lot for saying hella. It’s a hella good word, though!
Finish this sentence: I am a badass because I log about 15,000 miles on my Harley every year. The bike makes the commute from Long Beach to L.A. a breeze and a few long trips every year clears my head of all this city smog.
