Summer Chillin with Wendy’s

It’s summertime in New York City again. Subway platforms that resemble a sauna (just close your eyes), sun scorched sidewalks, residents are flocking to the shores of New Jersey and Long Island, and… our custom Wendy’s FruiTea Chiller Truck has hit on the road!

This June marked the beginning of our third summertime food truck sampling program with Wendy’s. For 12 straight weeks, we’re delivering free Wendy’s FruiTea Chillers all across the tri-state area. From Brooklyn to Belmar, White Plains to Woodbridge, we’re bringing the refreshing taste of orange mango, blueberry pineapple, and blackberry lemonade to some of the area’s biggest events. With roughly half the campaign already in the rear view mirror, the truck has made 30 appearances and distributed more than 31,000 samples. Consumers can find the truck at major transit hubs, local charity events, shopping malls, concerts, baseball games, and more!

The custom fabricated new truck is a whopping 32 feet long, carries 120 gallons of fresh water, two generators, and all the brewers, bubblers, refrigerators, and freezers needed to deliver refreshments across New York and New Jersey. The best part? Three words: new car smell.
