A Priceless Opportunity with MasterCard

Merriam-Webster defines Priceless as ‘having value beyond all price, or being invaluable’.

That’s exactly what MasterCard’s Priceless Cities campaign is giving their cardholders. The CBS Altitude Group partnered with MasterCard Priceless Chicago to bring cardholders unique experiences to encounter a new level of culture and adventure in the city that they love – Chicago!

On Thursday, September 13th Priceless Chicago presented a private, all-ages show at the Shedd Aquarium featuring Academy Award Winner Glen Hansard. Over 200 MasterCard cardholders and kids joined us for this unforgettable, sold-out experience. For just $30, guests were treated to unlimited food and drink, one-on-one conversation with Shedd curators, a guided tour of the popular Jellies exhibit and of course, Glen Hansard.

The show took place in the Oceanarium, which was set in front of the Beluga Whale tank. This setup made it interesting for Glen each time his acoustic produced a little feedback. Playing an array of originals and covers, Glen interacted with the audience and surprised everyone by bringing out Sam Beam from Iron & Wine. What a show!

The Priceless Cities campaign is currently in two cities, New York and Chicago. Priceless Cities New York was offering an opportunity to participate in a “Chalk Talk” with members of the Super Bowl-winning New York Giants, I had to buy a ticket to be a part of it!
